Refund Policy

At www.neckstablizer.com, our main aim is to make suitable products available to our customers. However, you may select or receive a product that does not meet your needs. In order to avoid needless returns, it is advisable to contact our representatives before placing an order.

In case you need to return a product, carefully read the return policy.

  • Products must be return within 14 days of receipt for a full refund (Excluding shipping charges)
  • The products should be received by us in the original packaging, in new condition, and without any damages like cracks, marks, and missing parts.
  • Receipts must be presented in order to return for refund or exchange.
  • Credit for returned items will only be issued once the return has been received, inspected and processed by the shipping/ receiving department, approximately 30 days from the date of receipt. Customers whose returned merchandise arrives with missing parts or components will be charged for the missing parts in addition to the restocking fee. Refunds will be issued back to the purchasing credit card or with a company check, unless otherwise instructed by the customer.

Return Shipment

Please note that return freight is the customer’s responsibility unless Neck stabilizer.com makes an error. In case an item is returned to the wrong address, the Neck stabilizer team reserves the right to charge any additional shipping fees associated with shipping the item to the correct location.

Canceled Orders

Orders canceled after the items are shipped are subjected to standard return policy. Customers must accept the order and ship the item back to the company. If delivery of an item is refused, return shipping costs are deducted from the issued and restocking fee may apply in this case.
